The Art of Blokfort

Although it was the end of the year, I didn’t have anything to say that I could say with any sort of resolve, so here’s some things now.

Although art commissions were going well, I once again, neglected personal projects. Since the start of January, I’ve come up with a new system to try out for overall general content, since I can’t trust myself to do it in any sort of reasonably free-willed way. The system is simply doing and completing one Personal Project, then two commissions. 1-2-1-2. This way I don’t hold myself to a timetable on the calendar and will still be free to generally do what I want. Right as of writing this, I need to complete two commissions before doing something personal again. I’ve been playing around with an iPad app called “Nomad Sculpt”, and it’s a great tool. Highly recommend checking that one out.

That’s all good and well, but I’ve had a rather large change happen in my life recently that will affect how much art I will get done. I’ve picked up a full-time job, so now there will be generally less art getting done. I’m still going to do it of course, but still. I’ve changed my Commission Status to CLOSED for now, with some commission changes that will likely occur in a month or few. I’m not quite sure on them yet.

As far as actual *content* is concerned, I’ll still post what I can, and share stuff on Patreon for what is available. But again, there’s going to be significantly less of it, sorry about that!
